Frequently Asked Questions
Let's try and answer some for you.
What is BAU?
BAU stands for Become Absolutely Unstoppable.
BAU is a guided growth ecosystem for purpose-led entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders, builders, and people who know there is more in them but feel stuck, unclear, hesitant, or held back by fear.
It helps you diagnose what is really driving your current results, then move from identity, belief, and aligned action.
What is the 30-Day Identity Sprint?
The 30-Day Identity Sprint is a guided BAU experience designed to help you slow down, recognise what has been driving your patterns, name the belief underneath it, and take practical next steps from identity instead of fear.
It is not a hype challenge. It is not about forcing a breakthrough or pretending to be confident. It is a simple, structured process for honest change.
Who is it for?
It is for people who feel there is more in them, but something keeps getting in the way.
This may include business owners, creatives, leaders, builders, entrepreneurs, people in transition, people carrying a message, or people who feel they have been stuck in overthinking, delay, fear, people pleasing, striving, avoidance, or self-sabotage.
Is this just for business owners?
No.
BAU will be useful for business owners and entrepreneurs, but the core work is identity, belief, value, and aligned action. That applies to business, creativity, leadership, relationships, calling, communication, and personal growth.
Is BAU faith-based?
BAU is faith-shaped, but accessible.
Josh’s Christian faith is part of the story and the way he sees identity, courage, purpose, and transformation. However, BAU is not built to pressure people, preach at people, or make people use insider religious language.
People from different backgrounds can still engage with the practical frameworks, reflection tools, and community.
Do I need to be a Christian to join?
No.
You do not need to be a Christian to join. BAU will be honest about faith, but the invitation is not religious pressure. The focus is on helping people recognise what has been driving them, move out of fear, and take the next honest step.
Is this therapy or counselling?
No.
BAU is not therapy, counselling, or clinical mental health support. It is a guided personal growth and community experience.
It may help you become more aware of beliefs, patterns, fear responses, and identity-based drivers, but it is not a replacement for professional counselling, therapy, medical care, or crisis support.
What will we actually do in the 30 days?
The final week-by-week content still needs to be locked in, but the Sprint will likely walk people through:
-
Diagnosing where they are getting stuck.
-
Naming the real driver underneath the pattern.
-
Understanding how fear, shame, pressure, or old beliefs have been choosing.
-
Reframing identity from truth instead of performance.
-
Taking simple, aligned action from the new foundation.
-
Practising this inside community so the shift is supported, not isolated.
How much time will it take?
The Sprint should be designed to be doable for busy people.
The goal is not to overload participants. The rhythm should include short teaching, reflection prompts, simple exercises, community interaction, and one clear action step at a time.
A realistic expectation would be around 30 to 60 minutes per week, plus any live sessions or optional community engagement.
What do I get when I join?
Participants should receive:
-
Access to the 30-Day Identity Sprint experience.
-
Guided teaching from Josh.
-
Reflection prompts and exercises.
-
Practical tools for diagnosing patterns.
-
A community environment for encouragement and accountability.
-
Clear next steps each week.
-
An invitation to continue in BAU Tribe after the Sprint.
Will there be live calls?
This should be confirmed before publishing.
The strongest version would include at least one live launch call, weekly check-ins or teaching moments, and a final integration call. If live calls are too heavy for v1, the simpler version could be guided content plus community prompts and one live session.
Will there be replays?
If live calls are included, replays should be available where possible. This reduces the objection around missing sessions and makes the Sprint easier for busy people.
What happens after the 30 days?
After the Sprint, participants can either finish with the tools they have received or continue into BAU Tribe as an ongoing monthly community.
The ongoing Tribe would be the place for continued momentum, deeper conversations, regular prompts, hot seats, teaching, accountability, and practical support.
Is there homework?
Yes, but it should be light and practical.
The goal is not more pressure. The work is designed to help participants notice what is driving them, reflect honestly, and take one aligned step at a time.
What result should I expect?
The realistic promise is clarity and movement, not an overnight life overhaul.
Participants should expect to better understand what has been driving their results, identify key beliefs or patterns, gain language for what has been happening internally, and leave with clearer next steps.
The deeper outcome is learning to move from identity instead of fear.
Is this private?
The community should be treated as a private and respectful environment.
Participants should not share another person’s story, reflection, or personal process outside the group without permission.
Do I have to share personal things in the group?
No.
People should be invited, not pressured. You can engage at the level that feels appropriate. Growth often happens through honest reflection, but no one should be forced to share something they are not ready to share.
Should I do the free Results Matrix first?
Yes.
The free Results Matrix is the best first step. It helps you see whether your current friction is coming more from thoughts, actions, beliefs, or a mix of all three.
The Sprint is the deeper next step for people who want guided support to work through what the Matrix reveals.

Why BAU exists
I knew many of the things I should be doing, but I still was not doing them.
I kept treating a belief problem like a knowledge problem or an action problem. BAU grew from that discovery. The Results Matrix was built to help others identify the same hidden friction and take the next honest step.
